Assessing and meeting expectations
As a dynamic international hotel company, with three core brands in operation or under development in more than 60 countries, Rezidor recognises that we have a significant, either direct - or indirect - impact on our different stakeholders.
We focus our Responsible Business efforts on areas where we have the potential to make a real difference, working hard to balance our stakeholders’ differing – and sometimes contradictory - expectations.
We have established key policy objectives in relation to each type of stakeholder, having assessed their various expectations of Rezidor. These objectives are realised through suggestions for actions, reinforced by performance-based targets.
