Share buy-back

The objective with the acquisitions of Rezidor’s own shares is to secure delivery of shares to participants in the share based incentive programmes and to cover social security costs pertaining to these programmes as well as to give the Board of Directors an increased capacity to act in respect of organising the capital structure of the Company.

Rezidor currently holds 3,681,138 or 2.45% of its own shares. The total number of Rezidor shares currently in issue is 150,002,040.
