| Invitation to telephone conference in conjunction with the release of Rezidor’s Q2 results |

The Rezidor Hotel Group will publish the Q2 results on Friday, 27 July 2007, and hereby invites to a telephone conference on the same day at 15.30 CET. A web cast and a full report will be available on www.rezidor.com During the telephone conference, Kurt Ritter, President & CEO, and Knut Kleiven, Deputy President & CFO, will present the Q2 results, followed by a Q&A session.
