Well schooled in business
The Business School @ Rezidor is our well-established learning platform for employees. It was launched in 1996 in response to the need to structure training and development, to ensure consistency, to streamline costs and to foster our Company culture. By bringing people from different hotels together, our special school also increases the opportunities for in-house talent spotting.
The Business School @ Rezidor is continuously updated, in line with the vision, brand values and goals of our Company. The curriculum is changed and revised or as our business needs evolve. All courses have a beneficial impact on our business objectives of guest, employee and owner satisfaction. They also help to positively influence revenue, quality and value. And they deliver a thought-provoking, stimulating and enjoyable experience for all participants.
The School takes place every quarter and is held in different locations, enabling attendees to experience a stay in one of our hotels. The programmes are scheduled over a one -week period and are facilitated either by our own internal trainers, or by external specialist consultants.
